Hello Everyone! Trust we all had an amazing holiday with friends and families? I am back to serving you more delicious recipes step by step! Please sit back and enjoy. I’m starting the year with Seafood. On this channel, seafood is nothing new as we’ve prepared several meals that involve seafood before. Today, I will be taking you through another way to enjoy your seafood; with ‘Alfredo’. Alfredo is ‘an Italian pasta dish of fresh fettuccine tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese. The melted cheese form a smooth and rich cheese sauce that covers the pasta’. Sounds so yummy – right? Well, Seafood Alfredo has some amazing health benefits too: They’re rich in protein and we all know protein is a very important part of a balanced diet. They’re not very high on fat content which means you don’t have worry too much about weight gains. For me, Shrimps are the star components of good seafood. Shrimps contain a lot of vitamins that the body needs to stay fresh and very healthy. I encourage you to join the seafood lovers club! You can’t go wrong with a good seafood Alfredo. Let me walk you through the process of preparing it- ready? Let’s get into cooking! Total Prep Time: 20-30 minutes Servings: 4-6 Cook Time: 30-40 minutes Preparing your seafood Alfredo; Ingredients: Mixture of seafood. Alfredo sauce. Seasoning • 1 Tbsp of salt • 1 Tbsp black pepper. • 1 maggi crevette shrimp/ chicken buillon or maggi star crayfish/ Nigerian maggi. • 1 Knorr cubes. • 1 Tbsp of badia complete seasoning. • 1 Tbsp of Lawry’s all-purpose chicken seasoning.



Process; Season your seafood. Boil the pasta for 5-7 minutes. Cook seafood for about 3-5 minutes. Mix the seafood, bell pepper & onions together and add in the alfredo sauce and let it cook for about 3-5 minutes. Add in your already cooked pasta and give it a good stir for few minutes. It should be ready to go at this point! You can choose to add cheese or go without it. Cooking with Miatta is all about simplifying cooking! I walk you through each step with all the details.
