Cornbread is a nice snack that can be ready to go in only a few minutes. You can have this for breakfast, lunch, or dessert. Cornbread is also a good source of phosphorus and also contains an important mineral that your body needs for energy production. Total Prep Time: 5-10 mins.

Serving: 6-8 people.

Cook Time: 35-45 minutes.


⁃ 2 Packs of corn muffin mix.

⁃ 2 Tbsp of sugar/ brown sugar

⁃ 1 Tsp of Nutmeg

⁃ 1/2 cup of whole milk

⁃ 1/3 cup of olive oil

⁃ 1/2 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract

⁃ 2 tbsp of condensed milk

⁃ 4 tbsp of butter

⁃ 3 eggs

⁃ Olive oil spray for baking pan.

Make sure your bread it golden brown before serving. You can pair it with butter & serve hot! I hope you all will try making this Cornbread and if it doesn’t come out exactly like this, don’t be discouraged. The beauty of cooking you have to do it over and over to get it right.
